Disney Fantasy

The Disney Fantasy is built at the Meyer Werft in Germany. Since March 31st 2012 the Disney Fantasy replaced the Disney Magic on the 7 night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises.

This is a movie about how the heavy smokestack is moved over water from the Netherlands to the warf in Papenburg:

And also a movie about the keel laying:

And some movies about the building together of the last parts (after which the focus switches to the enterior):

And a movie about the new swimming pools and the Aqualab:

On January 20th 2012 the Disney Fantasy went from the warf in Papenburg to Eemshaven, Netherlands via Leer and Weener in Germany (the conveyance).  Underneath some pictures I took while following the ship on that trip:
