New York

New York (also called’NYC’, the ‘Big Apple’ and ‘the city that nevers sleeps’) is the biggest city in the US and lies in the state with same name.  It’s not the capital of that state, that’s Albany.  It’s the most densely populated big city in the US and divided in five ‘boroughs’: Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhatten, Queens and Staten Island.
